Location, price, room relatively clean
1 bathroom per room, no shared bathrooms/toilets (quite frustrating when you have to wait 2 hours in the morning to get in), no wifi, poor breakfast, only 2 lockers in room for 6 people... And you also have to pay extra to use them... Would recommend it only for 1 night emergency

Usually even every cheep hostel has something that I like. This time didn´t find anything. Nothing particulary bad, but next time I´ll try some other place.
Poorest breakfast I have ever seen in a hostel.

Comfortable bed, Internet access, close to undeground station, restaurants, helpful front desk clerks
Crapy view from the window, difficult to lift windows, the space in the room with twin bed is extremely small, 1 outlet for the entire room, no outlets in the bathroom, not all of the lamps in the room were working, the "breakfast" personnel was quite rude and nosy

Location to Hyde Park as we were in London for Hard Rock Calling.
Staff attitudes, they had very poor customer skills, we were greeted with "yeah" no "good morning/afternoon, how can I help". Also when we booked the room it stated we could check in at 11.00 hrs (and this was printed on my confirmation that I had with me) so we caught the train accordingly. When we arrived at just after 12 midday we were told "our policy has changed, you can't check in until 13.00 hrs come back then" There was no hint of an apology just made to feel an inconvenience as we had arrived early. When we did get in the room there was insects/bugs crawling on the floor and had to clean the shower before we could use it. Did go back to reception to mention this but there was no one on reception for the 10 minutes I waited.

Nothing much really the rooms were dirty and all the facilities were very old or not working
Everything in this hostel was aged to beyond belief, I'm telling you now in London you can get cheaper and more affordable and cleaner accommodation cheaper and over all better, please listen to this comment because I am only speaking truth, I was so so disappointed to stay here and found it not worth half what I payed, and I have backpacked the world and have stayed in really shitty places

The sheets were clean and two;in a good location.
Overall I found the whole experience dreadful. The reception staff didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. The choice of breakfast was very poor. The floorboards creaked all night so was unable to settle properly and there is a step up from the bedroom to the shower room which was very dangerous.

The hotel is in a very great area, opposite to Hyde Park, close to 2 undergrand (queensway and bayswater) stations, outdoor is a bus station. Restaurants, supermarkets, exchang rooms and hsbc bank etc are just 1min walk from this hotel. Stuff were very helpful and always happy atmosphere around there.room is nicely dry and clean.by the way, pretty good value too! I know I will come back soon :))
My room was close to street and very beatutiful but quite noisy.

I like the cost of the room, the proximity to the Queensway tube station, and it is across from Hyde Park!
The fees! Internet fees and towel fees! I also didn't like that some of the counter agents barely spoke English. And the hot water took a long time to come out.

It was horrible. They messed up my reservation, instead of having me down for 5 nights, we were only in the computer for 2 nights. I had booked a twin room for 5 nights and even though I had my receipt to show I had booked a twin, they still denied my having done so and they still charged me for the 5 and even added 5% to the total because I paid with my credit card. I was moved from room to room for the 3 nights that was on my receipt but not in their computer system. The staff members I encountered were extremely rude and incompetent. No one could give me a straight answer and no one knew when the manager would be in-I began to doubt the existence of such a person. I asked for a refund for one night when they had me in a double room instead of the twin my receipt specifically said I had reserved and was given the go around for 2 days. I ended up only being refunded £20 out of £90. I am so disgusted and appalled by the way I was treated, I would never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.
